(webmaster@gnupg.org) a snapshot of what you see?
Though, I know Netscape 4.78 is quite old...

We decided to support standards and not browsers. Thus, the site is W3C's
XHTML valid.

Netscape 4.78 is quite old nowadays and several, out-of-the-shelf alternatives
exist out there. See, for example, Mozilla at http://www.mozilla.org/

Maybe things will change in the future.
