libassuan 2.0.0 doesn't have soname version incremented

Description

libassuan 2.0.0 is incompatible with 1.x version but someone forgot to increase
soname version to have libassusan.so.1.0.0 (instead of libassusan.so.0.0.0
which is used by 1.x).

Please bump soname version since both are ABI incompatible.

2.0 is the first SO. There has never been a libassuan.so with version 1.x.

ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/libassuan/libassuan-1.0.5.tar.bz2 has libassuan.so.0
ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/libassuan/libassuan-2.0.0.tar.bz2 has ALSO
libassuan.so.0 (while it should be libassuan.so.1 (aka incremented soname))

both are incompatible but use the same soname version which is a bug.

No idea what "2.0 is the first SO" means - ?

I meant to write DSO (shared library).

Again: There has never been a libassuan shared library before version 2.0.
definitely not 1.0.5.
