GPGOL 1.1.2 in GPG4WIN 2.1 RC1 does not show up in Outlok 2003

Description

I had 2.04 before and wanted to try 2.1

Outlook 2003 (XP sp3, all available patches installed) now does not show the
GPGOL tab in Tools-->Options anymore. And alsothere are no dedicated icons, etc
available.

However, if I check the add-ins in Tools-->Options-->Other-->Advanced Options--

Add-In Manager, GPGOL is reported installed.

Have already tried to remove/reinstall.

No idea what kind of info I could generate to help.
