Broken link to Crypto Law Survey in GPH

It seem there is a broken link at gpg website page:
http://www.gnupg.org/gph/en/manual/x557.html

http://cwis.kub.nl/~frw/people/koops/lawsurvy.htm link looks broken.

After a quick google search I've discovered a new location for Crypto Law Survey:
http://www.cryptolaw.org

Please fix the link.

According to my checkout this is at

werner@trithemius.gnupg.org:/cvs/gph

But that has long gone. I need to see where to find a backup of that repo.
