SCO OpenServer build fix

Description

gcc on SCO OpenServer 5.0.7/3.2 does not support visibility.

The attached patch fixes the build problems caused by this.

To disable the visibility feature the GCRY_USE_VISIBILITY macro is used. That
is figured out by configure and thus the place to fix it. I can't accept this
patch.
