gpg-zip not installed by default

Description

The install script for gnupg currently installs the man page for gpg-zip, by
default, but not gpg-zip itself. Please change it so gpg-zip is also installed.

'gpg-zip' is being phased out. It will be shipped with gpg-classic, and dropped
from gpg-modern. Furthermore, I just checked that we no longer install gpg-
zip.1.
