Description

The text for the (fr) translation appears as if it were (es) text in the (es) pages.

Fix

DELETE THE (fr) TEXT or ADD (fr) TO THE LIST of known languages

Fixed:
French added to the list of known languages, french paragraph added to lib/i18n.wml v1.39 and disbled once htmlclean for building the site.

NOT TO ALLOW NEW TRANSLATORS TO COMMIT CHANGES TO THE MAIN TRUNK BEFORE lib/i18n.wml IS SET UP FOR THEM
