Outlook 2016 Add-in Issues

Description

GPG4Win 2.2.6 installed on Windows 10 (x64) PC with Outlook 2016; gpgol add-in
is listed as active, but add-in does not function; Coworker running Windows 7
(x64)/Outlook 2013 on similar hardware platform was able to get gpgol to run (by
switching Outlook to compatibility mode).

We've added support for Outlook 2016 with gpg4win 2.3.0 (gpgol 1.3.0). Which has
just been released two days ago :-)
Please try this version.
