The following error messages are showed when trying to decrypt a file.

% gpg2 file.gpg
gpg: key specification 'BE0C924203F4552D' is ambiguous
gpg: (check argument of option '--encrypt-to')

The content of ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf contains the following lines to read Debian keyring to verify all Debian member
signature. My keyring is in both $HOME and Debian keyring.

keyring /usr/share/keyrings/debian-keyring.gpg
keyring /usr/share/keyrings/debian-maintainers.gpg
