Release: bugs.gnupg.org WWW site as of today

Description

If you click onto the "send mail to interested parties" link at the end of a bug report, you'll see that the first recipient is an unqualified "gnats-admin". I guess it should be "gnats-admin@gnupg.org" or similar.
