When downloading gpg4win-2.3.0.exe onto windows 7 with internet explorer 11, a
message saying the signature is corrupt or invalid appears. This doesn't occur
in Firefox, so you may decide to leave it, but I thought a record showing it
may not be as suspicious after first glance may be helpful
