To show information about a Key in GUI Applications (Key Details or even a
summary that changes when a key was already used often enough) we do not only
need TOFU Information on verify results but also when Keylisting or some
mechanism to query Tofu information.

So some new attribute(s) on gpgme's key type are necessary or a new method to
query TOFU Info based on a key.
