on the front page about the El-Gamal weakness says "The resource requested /pipermail/gnipg-announce/2003q4/000276.html cannot be found." (I tried querying for PR's with "pipermail" or "link" in them, but the search didn't turn up anything.)

How To Repeat

Go to gnupg.org. At the bottom of the page is a header "GnuPG's ElGamal signing keys compromised (2003-11-27)". Below it there's a link "[more]" that points to the URL given in the description. Click it. Today's date is 2nd Feb. 2004.
