MINIHOWTO foreign languages are broken (Swedish, Portugese) or show a weird
behaviour because you link to http://www.gnupg.org/howtos/de/index
instead of http://www.gnupg.org/howtos/de/index.html for German aso.

BTW The link in Other Howtos is broken, too
