Description

From the help output of gpg:

--keyserver HOST        use this keyserver to lookup keys

The issue is that --keyserver is not only used for lookup. It is also used for sending keys, etc. One is led to believe there is no way to specify the keyserver for a send on the command line.

Fix

Change

--keyserver HOST        use this keyserver to lookup keys

to

--keyserver HOST        use this keyserver
