Description

Newly added user ids are not trusted. (This might be a
intended, but since there is no user interface for
marking them trusted and no display of the fact they
aren't trusted, I suspect it's a bug.)

How To Repeat

1. Generate a new key
2. Add another user ID to that key
3. Try to encrypt using the newly added user ID
   
   The warning "There is no indication that this key really belongs to the owner"
   
   is displayed. If you edit the key, the trust is displayed as u/u. Setting the trust for the key to unknown and back to trusted makes all user ids trusted.
