Description

1. I previously reported a problem with the mailing lists section of the gnupg.org site.
   
   It appears a similar problem exists at: http://bugs.guug.de/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=gnupg&archive=no
   
   All urls end up in a message similar to: "Sorry
   
   The resource requested /cgi-bin/bugs.guug.de/db/si/pendingnormal cannot be found. If you feel that this is a configuration error, please contact the administrators or the author of the referring referring page."
