Description

Client of BBH is encrypting files using version 1.2.1 of GnuPG. When BBH receives this file, an extra character (not inputted by client) is seen. This causes errors in processing automatically upon receipt.

The character is viewed as a hollow square box, or a "y" with two dots on the top of the letter.

Please urgently advise as this piece impedes from this project going into production.

File attached only contains the character in question. All other data has been removed to protect confidentiality of client and BBH.
