Simple Newbie question: AES 128 bit for VPN, can GnuPG do that, I note compatability with PGP levels but cannot find how to create this type of key

tried mainly through Windows... but have Linux

Description

Method, where in 'man' how or if a VPN AES 128 bit key can be created, what release... if use of GUI in Linux, recommend for simple process....
