Hello,
I am using Microsoft Windows[version 10.0.17133.73] and Outlook 2016 x64.
The COM add-ins "C:\Program Files (x86)\Gpg4win\bin_64\gpgol.dll" is not loaded after Outlook 2016 x64 is restarted. Manual loading works and is functioning.
3 times a new installation of gpg4win-3.1.0 did not help.
Previously I had gpg4win-3.1.0-beta32 installed.
Is it my problem? What can I do?
No error message appears, just gpgol.dll is not loaded in Outlook 2016 x64.

You can close the report.
I'm working with a restricted user and I installed gpg4win-3.1.0 with admin rights, probably didn't work so well.

I then added my restricted user to the Administrators group and then it worked.

Although, the installation (with admin rights) was previously also possible with the restricted user.
