Kleopatra: Add support for groups

Description

We have groups on the command line and since 3.1.0 in GpgOL, too.

Kleopatra should also support them somehow for file encryption. Although I'm not sure what the best GUI for this would be.

This issue has been overlooked when we opened T5175 and T5175 was where all the work was done.
