Kleopata always shows the output of gpgsm --learn-card when netkey certs are loaded. This is very ugly and might turn off users.
We should show a progress bar instead and only offer the gpgsm output as "Diagnostics" and as an optional button.
Super bonus points would be if we would add learn card to gpgme and provide an audit log for the operation ;-).

We have a progress dialog now and only show details on request. I've also fixed a bug that you could trigger learning the keys twice which lead to undefined behavior.
