Description

Trying to run pgp.exe and getting error:
gpg: error loading `iconv.dll': The specified module could not be found.
There is no such file in the gnupg-w32cli-1.4.0a.zip. Where to get it?

Iconv is available in the same directory as the w32 binary package:
ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/binary/libiconv-1.9.1.dll.zip
