If I open a encrypted email, the message is not decrypted and I only get shown two attachments: "PGP/MIME version identification" and "OpenPGP encrypted message.asc". PGP/Inline emails are decrypted fine.

^ Here are the relevant errors. GpgOL tries to modify the mail but Outlook says "E_NO_ACCESS" is it possible that you have somehow limited permissions on the mails? E.g. are they in a shared folder and you only have read permissions?
We should handle such a case better but I'm not sure what to do right now. Maybe we could create a copy in that case of the mails and decrypt that copy.
