Description

gph links in documentation/guides.wml are created using $(gph), which in turn represents a local link and does not include the host name 'www.gnupg.org'. And mirror rsync does not include such files.

Fix

Change the 'gph' variable of wml to point to 'http://www.gnupg.org/gph' instead of 'gph'
