Under Linux it is possible to hide config modules on windows as under linux a plugin mechanism is used.

To avoid additional dependencies on windows this is not possible.

Commit be36be70e9e6758bd2e8da137019f8757a06357 changed that by allowing to set the standard "NoDisplay" in the config file or to remove the config file altogether.
