http://lists.gnupg.org/ has a different (the older) design, making it look as if it's an external site

Fix

Server redirect and slight rewording of the www.gnupg.org page.

A possible solution might be to make http://lists.gnupg.org/ points to
http://www.gnupg.org/documentation/mailing-lists.html.
