was trying to install the gpg4win, installation was compl. successful.
in Outlook 2019 (64Bit version) the Ribbon Icon does not recognize the created certificate.
After downgrading to Outlook 2016 (32bit version) the Plugin is working.
may somebody can tell me how to collect the logs from the plugin,
was already searching the folder, didn't found anything.

Hi, I am not sure what you mean by "The Icon does not recognize the created certificate".
Does it show you that the mail is unsigned when you view a signed mail?
What does the tooltip of the icon say?
The logs can be enabled in the options under debugging, there you can select a filename for the created logs. You get to the options by clicking the corner button of the Ribbon icon.
I renamed the ticket so that others don't think we generally don't support Office2019 because I use it myself and it works for me.
