I don't know what happened once I deleted and reinstalled it from the time it is not get paired and only error I can see
Could not create key pair : invalid pocket thats all it shows

Sorry, I do not understand what kind of bug you are trying to report. it seems that you have a question about some software and you assume this is gpg4win. "invalid pocket" is however not an error any of our software emits.

Please consult a HOWTO or ask on one of the community sites.
