On the page http://www.gnupg.org/(en)/download/index.html
the ftp link for "GnuPG 1.4.2 compiled for Microsoft Windows" tries to load ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/binary/gnupg-w32cli-1.4.2.exe but times out every time for me.

There are intermittent problems with the ftp server at times. Sorry for the
inconvenience. It works today.
