Just installed 3.1.16 on new PC with same basic config to previous one. IE W10x64 with Outlook 2010. Previous version no problems noticed. With new version Outlook always closed when I tried to forward an email and was offered to say Yes or No to download external content.

Sometimes it happened at other times. I disabled all other add-ins except GPG and had problem still. Disabled GPG and it went away. Reenabled GPG and problem came back. Have had to leave disabled.
