Kleopatra button "change passphrase" is not disabled for cards.

Description

In the certificate details view for a card based key, the password chnage button is enabled and using it merely shows a "success" message box.

Either show a message box with a hint tha the PIN can be changed in the card dialog, or grey out the button.
