Ist eigentlich nur eine Anfrage. Ich habe die Anforderung, Mail nach PEM (RFC 1421) zu verschlüsseln. Geht das mit GnuPG ?

The answer, to your question, though, is no. GPG
implements OpenPGP, not PEM.
