Kleopatra: Add user ID reports success if name and email are empty

Description

How to reproduce:

  • Select an own key and select Add user ID.
  • Clear the name and the email address.
  • Click OK button.

Expected: The user is informed, that they need to enter a name or an email address.
Actual: The dialog reports that the user ID was added successfully (but no user ID has been added).
