Description

Hello. I cross-compile libgpg-error under Ubuntu/Mingw64 with target Win10.
After commit 745d333cf7b5b6fee62e3b26c8a2ccc004e017da and in particular with the latest git head, it fails to build.
Commit 745d333cf7b5b6fee62e3b26c8a2ccc004e017da cross-compiles fine.
Log below for a failed build.

Thank you for your report. IIUC, your log is the build log of GnuPG 2.2, so, I put the tag "gnupg (gpg22)".

The cause of the issue is rE0b47de9c719b: build: Only install gpg-error-config when enabled. (of my commit).

Solutions may be either:
(1) Remove --with-gpg-error-prefix=... when you build GnuPG 2.2
(2) Add --enable-install-gpg-error-config when you build libgpg-error

The former is preferred, if it works.

werner added a project: workaround.

A real fix will be in the next gpgrt release
