Kleopatra: Wrong user ID preselected when certifying single user ID of key with invalid user IDs

Description

To reproduce this you need a key with three user IDs where the second user IDs is revoked or expired and the other two user IDs are valid, e.g.
uidA, uidB (revoked), uidC

How to reproduce:

  1. Open the Certificate Details of the key.
  2. Right-click on uidB and select Certify User ID

-> Certify Certificate dialog opens; uidB is not shown (as expected); uidC is selected
Expected result: no user ID is selected

  1. Right-click on uidC and select Certify User ID

-> Certify Certificate dialog opens; uidB is not shown (as expected); uidC is not selected
Expected result: uidC is selected
