Pinentry does not take focus on MacOSX

Description

Previously, when pinentry-mac was invoked it would be auto-focussed. Since a recent update, it no longer auto-focusses, which is not ideal from a UX standpoint.

Also, this has led me to enter my PIN key into the shell terminal many times where it ends up in my shell history, which is not ideal from a security standpoint.

Any ideas how to debug/fix this?
