With T6330: Kleopatra: Additional Expiry handling the NearExpiryChecker (pim/messagelib) has been moved to libkleo and refactored/extended for usage in Kleopatra. The new ExpiryChecker in libkleo should now also be used by KMail replacing NearExpiryChecker.
