Kleopatra: KIO error when trying to decrypt tar.gpg file

Description

When decrypting a tar archive clicking on "Save all" results in a KIO error:

Failed to move ‘C:\Users\g10code.WIN-TEST3\AppData\Local\Temp\kleopatra-OHkgNl\testordner’ to ‘C:\Users\g10code.WIN-TEST3\Downloads\testordner’. 

Unable to create KIO worker. Unknown protocol 'file'.
