Description

I cannot download ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/binary/gnupg-w32cli-1.4.3.exe neither from browser or from an ftp client (WSFTP Pro). When I try to connect to the ftp server from the FTP Client, I get a message saying that the connection was closed by remote host.

Sometimes there are intermittent problems with the ftp server. Works now,
though. Sorry for the inconvenience.
