Description

The download URLs for GPA and the corresponding signature file listed at http://www.gnupg.org/(en)/download/index.html#gpa are incorrect. The GPA project seems to use bzip2 compressed tarballs now.

Fix

Replace the links on the page with links to the correct files on the FTP server.
