Kleopatra: change help menu entry for Secops in the VSD version

Description

As we now have the new Secops with a new number for the extended approval of GnuPG VS-Desktop, not only the document behind the menu item has to be changed but also the name of the entry. And it is only one document any more instead of two as before.
