qgpgme: Install headers for Qt 5 and Qt 6 in separate folders

Description

Even though we plan to keep the headers for Qt 5 and Qt 6 identical it's better to install them in separate folders to make packaging easier. The idea is to install the headers for Qt 5 in $includedir/qgpgme-qt5 and those for Qt 6 in $includedir/qgpgme-qt6.

I verified that I can still build libkleo and kleopatra for gpg4win/24.05 (Qt 5) and master (Qt 6).
