epoch-value for component `libgcrypt` not queried properly

Hello. Tested on: Fedora 41

$ gpg --version | grep ^libgcrypt
libgcrypt 1.11.0-unknown

Assuming unknown is referring to tag epoch.

However the related value can be retrieved when queried properly; here is one of the possible demonstrations:

$ dnf5 rq --installed --qf '%{version}-%{epoch}' libgcrypt
1.11.0-0

The Libgcrypt version you are using has not been build from git or a released tarballs. Only with a released tarball you would get no suffix. With git bou will see a -betaNNNN suffix.
