gpgconf -X output does not show Kleopatra settings, currently.
This is suboptimal for support.

For the registry settings it would be best to show only the set ones, as a list of "not set" options does not give any helpful info and would get very long.

Usage of wildcards to only show the set options could be applied to the currently shown registry settings, too.
