After T6769: Kleopatra: Change warning on keyserver upload the upload process in Kleo as seen by the user is now different for different kinds of keyservers, NtdsKeyserves vs. plain old public keyservers. For the first kind the upload now happens immediately.
This runs counter to the menu entry "Publish on Server..." where the dots indicate that no immediate action is taken when choosing that entry.
For public keyservers it is still true that another window will come up explaining the implications before proceeding with the upload.

As I guess the configuration of a public keyserver is more widespread, I would prefer to add a dialog window to the Ntds keyserver case, explaining where the certificate will be uploaded to, minus the warning part we use for the public servers.

Another suggestion was to just delete the dots in the string and leave the rest as is.
