Kleopatra: Restore last window location on next start

Description

The main window of Kleopatra should open at the same location as on the last exit of Kleopatra.

Note: The infrastructure for this is already there in KMainWindow. We just need to make a small change in Kleopatra to make use of this.

with version 4.0.0.250370 (Gpg4win-5.0.0-beta145), Kleopatra from Friday.

Location of the main window is now restored.
Tested with a single monitor setup only, but the fix for multiple monitors is not yet included in the testbuild anyway.

ToDo for the test with the next version: check the State entry in the [MainWindow] section kleopatrastaterc and/or note if there are no Display warnings any more.
And remember that the location of the kleopatrastatrc is now %APPDATA%\gnupg\kleopatra …
