there currently (5.0.0-beta145) seems to be no manifest.xml file in Gpg4Win installations.

in addition the startup dialog of the client shows a path to a manifest file that looks like it was set during the docker build. the manifest should probably also be copied to the user's`AppData\Local\gpgol-client` directory when the client starts for the first time. for that, it needs to be installed in the first place.
