Unknown problem with GPGME and pthread

There seem to be some tricky issues with using GPGME in a multi-threaded
environment, but it is unclear what the culprit is and how it can be fixed.

GPGME has now been thoroughly tested in a multi-threaded environment (Kleopatra
on Windows), and it seems to survive. Closing this vague report.
