Okular: "Save as" does not work

Description

Tested on: gpg4win-5.0.0-beta336 @ win10/win11

On "Save as", the following error ("Okular Information") is shown:

File could not be saved in 'file:///C:/Users/g10/Desktop/testdata/tmp/test-document2.pdf'. Error: 'Unable to create KIO worker. Unknown protocol 'file'.'. Try to save it to another location.

To reproduce:

  1. Open a pdf file
  2. Open Menu: Files -> Save As ...
  3. Change name (optional)
  4. Click Save Button
